why I created Luna Rosa Yoga
I celebrate the communities I belong to— this space is dedicated to them! A queer, spiritual Bay Area Chicana soft-bellied sweetheart, I’ve climbed my way through challenges, learned from them, and grown into a body I finally embrace. From my early years of rigorous diet and exercise, to encountering a shift from life’s unexpected turns, I’ve experienced firsthand how our bodies remain resilient in holding us and our stories. Yoga is a way to honor our precious bodies. <3
Luna Rosa Yoga is born from this journey. It is a place where movement is about nourishment, not perfection. I created this space to invite others to reconnect with their bodies, find ease in motion, and celebrate themselves exactly as they are.
